During my tenure, I've been deeply involved in various projects, contributing across multiple fronts and showcasing a diverse skill set in product development, user experience design, and team leadership. A notable project I worked on was Janus, where collaboration with the product and engineering teams allowed us to define and develop a versatile platform. Visualizing data flows and emphasizing usability played a crucial role, leading to a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. Janus has proven to be a success, enabling faster recruitment processes and providing the flexibility to experiment with different apply flows.
The introduction of The Recruitment Portal was a significant step in addressing manual tracking inefficiencies, offering real-time updates and progress tracking for referred patients. My adaptive approach, incorporating user feedback and experimentation, resulted in a flexible portal that meets the diverse needs of recruitment sites. Similarly, the Nurse Portal initiative aimed to enhance support for nurses, resulting in a unified application that streamlined their workflows, making processes more efficient and allowing non-nurse team members to contribute effectively.
One of my key roles was helping the team align around a vision and future direction. Through a vision workshop and the development of a roadmap, I guided the recruitment team to adopt a user-centered approach, focusing on patients, nurses, and sites. This vision has influenced various aspects of our projects, including Janus, the nurse portal, the recruitment portal, and the apply flow.
My engagement with cross-functional partners in recruitment operations has fostered collaboration, with workshops proving instrumental in identifying improvements and running experiments to enhance the patient experience.
