Hey! 👋🏽 I’m Tasnima, a product designer based in Brooklyn, NY with 8+ years of design experience.

Currently, I am designing AI experiments to help pharma experts make complex, high stakes decisions at Formation Bio. The common thread in my work across different domains, however, has been about making information understandable, usable, and trustworthy in ambiguous environments.

I feel inspired and energized by the good kind of head-banging problems, the kind that rewards deep user understanding, iterative process, close collaboration with experts, and thoughtful design.

Outside of work, I’m usually thinking about politics, food, finding my next book, or chasing down projects with friends or organizations that I believe in.

Atlas

How might we help experts analyze drug opportunities quickly without oversimplifying scientific nuance?

Atlas is a 0–1 design initiative exploring how AI can support expert reasoning in drug opportunity evaluation. Teams were making high-stakes decisions with limited time and fragmented data spread across multiple systems, causing important opportunities to fall through the cracks.

Muse

What if clinical recruitment teams could have a first draft of the recruitment strategy and content the same day they receive the protocol, skipping the bottlenecks and focusing their time on reaching patients instead?
